- Worked with Maharashtra state board as an examiner for 9 years. Moderator for 7 years and chief moderator for 1 year for Geometry subject.
- Worked with Ryan group of Schools, Mumbai for 16 years and Rahul group of Schools for 5 years.

- Was awarded with the prestigious ‘Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Outstanding Principal Award-2017’.
- Was conferred GLOBAL GREEN SCHOOL STEWARDSHIP AWARD -2017 for the commendable interest and initiative towards introducing sustainable practices in education. This award was presented at United Nations, New York, USA on 22nd September, 2017. The summit took place alongside the UN General Assembly. Many international leaders from business, government and civil society emphasized to showcase the unstoppable momentum of global climate action.
- Nomination by the Department of School Education and Literacy, Ministry of Human Resources Department, government of India has allotted Awards for Principals/teachers of independent schools affiliated with the CBSE functioning in the India and Abroad under the scheme of National Awards.
- Brain feed Award- Brain feed; a monthly educational initiative has presented SUNRISE ENGLISH PRIVATE SCHOOL, ABU DHABI with School Excellence awards 2016 in commendation of the vision and the paradigm shift in imparting life changing learning opportunity for the future generation among top 25 Indian Schools of the Middle East.

Professional Objective
I aim to build and sustain reciprocal family and community partnerships and leverage those partnerships to cultivate inclusive, caring and culturally responsive school communities. Developing trust and create a sense of transparency and shared purpose with parents, staff, community members and students is also one of my prime objective, as it provides opportunity for continual learning and growth. One of my hopes as an educator is to instill a love of learning in my students, as I share my own passion for learning with them. I feel there is a need for compassionate, strong, and dedicated individuals who are excited about working with children. In our competitive society it is important for students to not only receive a solid education, but to work with someone who is aware of and sensitive to their individual needs. I am such a person and will always strive to be the best educator that I can be.
As an educational facilitator I also intent to offer professional development opportunities and support services to teachers, as well as create an environment where teachers are able to experiment and innovate. As a visionary, I intent in providing momentum and direction not only for school leaders but for each and every member of the community of schools. Basically as a teacher at heart; a teacher of my students, my children I believe success is achieved when a leader generate inspiration, motivation and excitement among students and that is exactly what I as a Principal would do for I strongly believe true learning goes far beyond a curriculum. With this objective in mind, I have confidence that we could win a better future for our posterity. Obviously Winners don’t do different things; they do things differently.
