Withdrawal Notice

IMPORTANT: PARENTS WHO WISH TO WITHDRAW THEIR WARDS FROM THE SCHOOL AT ANY POINT OF TIME ARE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT THEIR TC APPLICATIONS IN THE SPECIFIC FORMAT AVAILABLE ON THE SCHOOL WEBSITE.

Application Checklist

Before you get started with this application, please ensure you have PDF versions of the required documents ready for upload. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Please Note:

  • All pending dues must be cleared by the parent prior to form submission.
  • N.O.C from the new school is mandatory for transfers within Abu Dhabi/Al Ain/Western Region.
  • TC issuance takes ten working days post-form submission during the academic year.
  • For withdrawals post-academic year, applications must be submitted by the second week of January.
  • Early TC requests, prior to ADEC approval, will not be considered.
  • Mid-session discontinuations require ministry approval for TC issuance.
  • Post-application, the child's attendance should align with the last date mentioned in the TC form.
  • TCs intended for use outside Abu Dhabi need Abu Dhabi Education Council attestation.
  • TC withdrawal applications are contingent upon seat availability.
  • TC issuance is suspended during summer vacations; plan requests 15 days before school closure if discontinuing after the break.
  • Specific to Grades X & XII: TC issuance post-result declaration and ADEK approval.
