Thomas Francis, is an accomplished educationist with over 17 years of experience in the field of education.
He began his career in Bangalore, where he worked across multiple curricula and gained extensive experience in academic and administrative practices. He later served as Academic Coordinator at Bhavans Public School, Doha, Qatar, for five years, contributing significantly to curriculum planning, assessment strategies, and school improvement initiatives.
In 2020, he joined Bhavans Al Saad Indian School, Al Ain, where he has been serving as Vice Principal for the past five years. In this role, he has been responsible for academic leadership, teacher development, student welfare, and fostering a culture of discipline and excellence across the school.
Thomas Francis is recognized for his dedication, professionalism, and passion for education, with a proven record of building effective school systems, promoting inclusive practices, and ensuring holistic student development.
He is supported by his spouse, Liza Thomas, Editor at TMG Magazines, Sharjah, and is blessed with two children—an elder son studying in Grade 9 and a daughter aged 3 years.
